Swim school management software for Singapore

Natare was designed and built alongside a working Singapore learn-to-swim operation — not adapted from a system written for another market. School terms, national stage awards, condo and public pools, SGD invoicing and WhatsApp-first parent communication are how the product starts, not options you configure your way around.

Local by design

Eight things that only matter if you run a pool here

Generic class-booking software gets these wrong, and your front desk pays for it every term.

School terms & holidays

Terms, term breaks, June and December holiday intensives and exam-period drop-offs are built into how classes are created, billed and communicated.

National stage awards

Configure your level structure to the SwimSafer 2.0 stages, club grades, or your school's own award scheme — with skill checklists under each.

Condo, club & public pools

Run every venue you teach at as its own pool with its own lanes, capacities, timetable and closures — under one account and one owner login.

SGD & GST-ready invoices

Invoices in Singapore dollars with GST handling, your UEN and business details, and payment instructions parents recognise.

WhatsApp is the channel

Parents here read WhatsApp and ignore email. Natare sends personalised WhatsApp messages with each child's own class details — no more copy-pasting into 200 chats.

The Saturday crush

Weekend mornings are 60% of your revenue and 100% of your headaches. Utilisation reporting shows exactly which weekend slots you can still sell.

Coach certification tracking

Record coaching accreditations, lifesaving awards and first-aid certificates with expiry dates, so a lapsed qualification is caught before an audit finds it.

Data hosted in Singapore

Your database runs in the ap-southeast-1 region, with every school's data isolated at the database level and again in the application.

The origin

Built with a swim school, not for an imaginary one

Natare's feature list did not come from a whiteboard. It came from a Singapore learn-to-swim operation telling us what was broken.

Term-bound classes exist because a school told us "schedules are permanent unless I use a selection, and it's a troublesome process." One-click term rollover exists because rebuilding a timetable every term was costing days. Lane and coach clash detection exists because two classes ended up in the same lane on a Friday afternoon, and nobody found out until the parents did.

Every one of those is now a feature that ships to every school on Natare.

Schedule creation had no term feature — schedules were permanent unless I used a selection, and it was a troublesome process. — Feedback from a Singapore swim school operator, which became Natare's term-schedule module

Who it's for

Swim businesses we're built for

Learn-to-swim schools

Fifty swimmers or five thousand, one pool or a dozen. Terms, levels, make-ups and parent communication handled end to end.

Condo & club programmes

Multiple residential and club pools, each with its own access rules, timetable and closures, reported together or separately.

Coaches scaling into a school

You started teaching alone, now you have four coaches and a spreadsheet that's fighting back. This is the point to move.

Squad & competitive clubs

Squad groups, attendance discipline, coach loads and progression tracked alongside the learn-to-swim programme.

Adult & corporate lessons

Adult beginner programmes, water-confidence classes and corporate blocks billed on their own terms.

Multi-branch operators

Several locations, shared coaches, one set of numbers — without merging four exports in a spreadsheet each month.

Coverage

Serving swim schools across Singapore

Natare runs in the browser, so it works wherever your pools are — from a single condo pool to a programme running across the island.

Local questions

Questions from Singapore operators

Can we track SwimSafer stages in Natare?

Yes. Levels in Natare are fully configurable, so you can set your structure up as the SwimSafer 2.0 stages, your club's own grades, or a mix — with the individual skills that make up each stage listed underneath so coaches assess consistently. Swimmer progress, promotions and certificate history are then tracked against that structure.

Does it handle Singapore public holidays and term breaks?

Yes. Closures, public holidays and term breaks are marked on the schedule; sessions account for them, and the term schedule you send to families includes the closure dates so parents aren't turning up to a shut pool.

Can we issue GST invoices with our UEN?

Yes. Invoices carry your business name, UEN, address and GST treatment, in SGD, with your own payment instructions and logo, sent from your own email domain.

We teach at six condo pools. Does that work?

That's exactly the case Natare was built around. Each pool is set up as its own venue with its own lanes, capacities, timetable, staff and closures. You report on any single pool or on the entire business from one login.

Where is our data stored?

In the Singapore (ap-southeast-1) region. Each school's data is isolated at the database level with row-level security, and independently filtered in the application layer, so both would have to fail for any cross-school exposure to be possible.

How do we get pricing?

We quote per school based on active swimmers, number of venues and the modules you need — everything included, no add-on charges. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 8368980333 with your rough numbers and we'll come back with a quote.
